Physiotherapy

Combined we have 30 years of experience in physiotherapy.

What to expect:

We take a holistic approach to your treatment. This approach looks beyond the surface symptoms to understand and treat the underlying causes, supporting long-term health and function, not just short-term relief.

  • Whole-Body Focus

We look at how other parts of the body may contribute to or be affected by the problem.

  • Lifestyle Consideration

Factors like sleep, nutrition, activity levels, work habits, and ergonomics are considered. These can affect healing and may be modified to support recovery.

  • Mental and Emotional Wellbeing:

Stress, anxiety, and depression can influence pain perception, motivation, and overall healing.

  • Individualized Treatment:

No two people are the same. We develop a tailored program based on your unique goals, habits, and needs

  • Patient Empowerment:

The idea is to give people the tools and knowledge to manage their own health long-term.

  • Collaboration with Other Health Professionals:

We may refer you to doctors, psychologists, dietitians, or occupational therapists to support a more complete recovery.
