Running Late Club

This is a ‘Return to Run’ group for all birthing parents designed to encourage movement and to support each other.

Everyone is welcome regardless of running background, whether you are a seasoned runner or a complete beginner. Babies and buggies are welcome too!

We have designed an 8 week block which will build up to 5km or 30min of continuous running. Participating at a level right for your recovering body is encouraged and is different for everybody so you can walk, walk-run or run.

Where:

Northwestern Cycle track near the waterview tunnel followed by coffee in Young George.

When:

Wednesday’s - beginning 17th September

  • Warm up - 10.15am

  • Walk/run - 10.30am
